REFUND POLICY

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
Guest who has made advance payment will be refundable upon the valid cancellation time period of 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the first night if they are a ‘no show’ or cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
