Check-in time is available after 2.00pm (MYT) for most of our hotel except for Hotel 99 Kuala Lumpur (Pudu). The Check-in time for Hotel 99 Kuala Lumpur (Pudu) is 3.00pm (MYT).

2. What is the Check-out time?

Check-out time is available before 12.00pm (MYT).

3. Can I Check-in early?

Yes, you may check-in early but extra charges will be applied to any check-in before 2.00pm (MYT). Extra charges varies according to the hotel, you may contact the respective hotel of interest to enquire.

4. Can I Check-out late?

Yes, you may check-out late but extra charges will be applied to any check-out after 12.00pm (MYT). Extra charges varies according to the hotel, you may contact the respective hotel of interest to enquire.

6. Is the Reception open 24 hours?

Yes, the Reception is available 24 hours.

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please contact our hotel team, which will send you a copy of your invoice.

9. Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage. If your room is not ready during your check-in or in case of early check-out, we will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Yes, wireless internet connection is free and available throughout the hotel. You may request for the Wi-Fi password at the reception.

Yes, towels are included in the price.

12. Do you provide airport transfer service to your hotel?

13. Do you serve breakfast?

No, we do not serve any food.

14. What is the difference between the ‘standard rooms’ and ‘superior rooms’?

The decorations are the same, but the superior rooms are larger.

15. What is the difference between a twin room and a double room?

A twin room has two single beds, whereas a double room has one double/queen bed.

16. Is the room air conditioned?

Yes, all rooms and public areas of the hotel are air conditioned.

17. Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

Yes, we do. However, this is subject to availability. We will spray the smoking room with air freshener in any event there is the smell of smoke.

18. Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

Yes, all guestrooms are equipped with private bathroom with hot shower

19. Do you have private bathrooms?

Yes, all of the bathrooms are available inside the room itself.

20. Do you have shared bathrooms?

No, we only have private bathrooms.

21. Do the bathrooms have baths or showers?

Most of the rooms have showers. Only selected rooms at selected hotels have a bath tub.

22. Is there a lift?

Yes, lift is available at all of our hotels except Hotel 99 Bandar Klang (Meru).

23. Is there a staircase?

Yes, staircase is available at all of our hotels.

24. Do you provide car park?

Yes, we do allocate car park but only at selected hotels only. You may contact the respective hotel of interest to enquire.

25. How much does the parking cost?

No, pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

The prices quoted are always per room and it is always important to check for the most suitable type of room.

Yes, children below 12 years old are allowed to stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

29. Is it possible to have a cot/child’s bed in the room? If so, at what price?

Yes, it is possible but only at selected hotels only. You may contact the respective hotel of interest to enquire.

No, none of our hotels have a conference room.

31. Do you have a restaurant?

No, none of our hotels have a restaurant.

32. What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so your item has probably been discovered by our housekeeping team.
